I reserve the right to decline any commission.

Live2D source files (.cmo3) will not be delivered to the client.

I may showcase commissioned work for social media and portfolio purposes unless mutually agreed otherwise.

The PSD file provided by the client must be appropriately cut to ensure a smooth workflow. Any necessary modifications will be communicated to the client.

Clients must inform me in advance of expected completion dates. Should I be unable to meet a deadline, the client will be notified, and an extension will be discussed.

The time required for completion varies based on commission type and complexity, typically ranging from 2 to 4 weeks or up to 1 to 2 months, starting upon initiation of work.

Payment will only be accepted through PayPal, either in full or with a 50% upfront payment.

Once I start working on a commission, I will only provide partial refunds upon cancellation. If I am unable to complete the work, a full refund will be provided to the client.
