I reserve the right to decline any commission.

Some commission prices are project-based, so costs may vary depending on the complexity, number of pieces, add-ons, etc.

Commissions are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Commissions are for personal use only unless a separate agreement for commercial use has been made.

Proper credit for my work must be displayed in an easy to see and permanent place on all platforms where it will be used or displayed.

I reserve the right to use commissions as material for portfolios, showcases, price list examples, etc.

Clients must provide clear instructions or references for the commissioned piece(s).

PSD files provided by the client must be properly prepared and cut for smooth workflow. Any required adjustments will be communicated to the client.

Clients should inform me of any deadlines in advance. If I am unable to meet a deadline, I will notify the client and discuss an extension.

Payment is accepted exclusively through PayPal or Ko-Fi, either in full or with a 50% upfront.

Partial refunds are available only if a commission is canceled after work has begun. You will only receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I am unable to finish the commission.

All deliverables will be provided to the client via a Google Drive folder. This folder will remain available for 2–4 weeks, after which it will be deleted. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing all files before that time.

Live2D source files (.cmo3 / .can3) are not included in the deliverables.

Completion times vary depending on the type, quantity, and complexity of the commission, as well as the client’s position in the queue. The estimated turnaround (typically 2–4 weeks or up to 1–2 months) begins only when work starts on the order and not when the client is placed in the queue.
